Data deletion
Clear instructions for deleting a Kelyq workspace or requesting deletion of personal data.
If you own a Kelyq workspace
Open Settings → Account controls. Pause keeps the workspace and integrations but stops automated replies. Delete workspace is irreversible: it removes the workspace and Kelyq-held tenant data after billing cancellation is safely handled.
If you contacted a business through Kelyq
Ask that business to delete your conversation or booking data, or contact hello@kelyq.com with enough information for Kelyq to locate the request without sending passwords, API keys or payment details.
Meta / WhatsApp data
When an official Meta integration is enabled, disconnecting Meta/WhatsApp access and deleting the Kelyq workspace are separate actions. A workspace deletion removes Meta-derived data stored by Kelyq. Data retained independently by Meta is governed by Meta's own policies and controls.
What Kelyq deletes
Tenant-scoped conversations, appointment records, business profile and knowledge data, channel and calendar credentials stored by Kelyq, operational/audit records tied to the workspace, usage records tied to the workspace, and owner-to-workspace access. The owner account is also removed when it has no other Kelyq workspaces.
External systems and records
Events already written to a Google Calendar are business records in the owner's Google account and are not automatically erased by deleting Kelyq. Stripe may retain invoices, tax and payment records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes. Kelyq does not keep card data.
Deletion receipt
Kelyq keeps only a non-personal deletion receipt containing pseudonymous hashes, deletion time, row counts and billing-cancellation outcome so deletion can be audited without retaining the deleted workspace identifiers in plaintext.
