Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kelyq handles personal data when you visit the website, create or use a workspace, communicate with support, or interact with a Kelyq-enabled customer channel.
Roles and data we process
Kelyq processes workspace and owner details, authentication and security events, configured business information, customer conversation content, booking-related data, billing/account metadata and technical logs. Depending on the context, Kelyq may act as a controller for account and service data and as a processor when handling customer data on behalf of a business using Kelyq.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to create and secure accounts, provide receptionist and booking functions, connect configured channels and calendars, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent where consent is required.
Service providers and integrations
Depending on enabled features, Kelyq may use service providers for hosting, AI, email, payments, messaging and calendars, including Render, OpenAI, Google, Telegram, Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform, Stripe, Resend and Zoho. For the Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform integration, Kelyq may also process the workspace's Meta business and WhatsApp account identifiers, phone-number identifiers, granted permissions or access credentials, webhook metadata and the message data required to provide the configured customer service. Providers process data only for the relevant service purpose and under their applicable contractual and privacy terms.
Cookies and browser storage
Kelyq uses strictly necessary cookies or browser storage for secure owner sessions, CSRF protection, authentication and interface language. Kelyq does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies on the public website.
Retention
Kelyq keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, support, security, billing and legal obligations. Current operational defaults include up to 90 days for conversation/call and dialogue-audit data, 180 days for abuse/security events, 395 days for usage records and up to 730 days for inbound-event deduplication metadata; configured retention may be shorter or longer where justified. Account deletion removes the workspace data controlled by Kelyq, while limited invoice, tax, fraud-prevention or other records may be retained where required by law or by a payment/provider obligation.
International data transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside Latvia or the European Economic Area. Where required, Kelyq relies on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards provided for the relevant transfer mechanism.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Workspace owners can use the self-service deletion control in Settings. Anyone can also follow the public deletion instructions at /data-deletion or contact hello@kelyq.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) or another competent supervisory authority.
Security
Kelyq uses tenant and role boundaries, secure session controls, secret-handling safeguards and operational logging to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and connected provider accounts.
Contact and requests
Privacy and data-protection questions can be sent to hello@kelyq.com. Workspace owners can pause automated customer replies without deleting data, or permanently delete the workspace from Settings after explicit confirmation. The public deletion instructions are available at /data-deletion. We may need to verify identity and workspace authority before acting on a request involving account or customer data.
