Terms of Service
These Terms govern business use of the Kelyq website, owner workspace and related receptionist services. A separately signed commercial agreement takes priority where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
Service and business use
Kelyq provides a configurable AI front desk and owner workspace for business customer communication, availability and booking workflows. Kelyq is intended primarily for business and professional use. Features available to a workspace depend on its plan, configuration and connected providers.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account and business information and have authority to create or manage the workspace for the relevant business. Login codes, magic links, sessions and connected-provider credentials must be protected from unauthorized access.
Business responsibilities
The business is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its services, prices, policies, availability, customer notices and connected accounts. The business is also responsible for ensuring it has a lawful basis to process customer data and use the communication channels connected to Kelyq.
AI and automated actions
AI is used to understand natural-language customer requests and may occasionally misunderstand or produce an imperfect response. Critical booking actions are handled through controlled application workflows, but the business should review configuration, test important scenarios and maintain appropriate human oversight.
Plans, billing and taxes
Available plans, conversation limits and billing intervals are shown on the website and in Kelyq Billing. Subscription payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Prices are displayed in euros; taxes, where applicable, are handled according to the relevant billing details, tax status and applicable law.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Paid subscriptions continue for the selected billing interval until cancelled or otherwise ended. Pausing Kelyq stops automated customer replies but does not by itself cancel a paid subscription or delete workspace data. Permanent workspace deletion is irreversible and, where a Kelyq-managed Stripe subscription is active, Kelyq attempts to cancel that subscription before completing deletion. Invoice, tax or legally required provider records may remain subject to applicable law and the provider's terms.
Third-party services
Kelyq can depend on third-party services such as messaging networks, calendar providers, payment processors, hosting and AI providers. Their availability and terms are outside Kelyq's direct control, and use of those integrations may also be subject to the provider's own terms.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not use Kelyq for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, security bypass, credential theft or interference with the service. Kelyq and its software, branding and service design remain the property of the service provider or its licensors. Customers retain rights in the business content they provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
Availability, suspension and changes
Kelyq may update the service, fix defects, change integrations or temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, non-payment or legal requirements. Workspace owners can also pause automated replies themselves and later resume them. Permanent account/workspace deletion removes the Kelyq workspace and locally held configuration, credentials and operational data, subject to limited records that must be retained for legal, security or payment obligations.
Liability, governing law and contact
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kelyq is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by third-party outages, incorrect business configuration or use outside the documented service scope.
